Painting--"Spinning Your Wheels"

Paintings about working but not making progress... working hard but your ideas chasing themselves in circles, not advancing your ideas into new territory due to your life being too stale, or being discouraged, or not being able to focus, or some other external or internal troubles you're simply not able to identify. 
Basically, your human frailties keeping you from making progress toward your goals. 
In a way, I want to both show both sides--to show the pain of this experience--but also to celebrate the opposite attitude, that maybe we don't always need to justify our existence by impressing ourselves or others with some new dazzling shiny thing.
